Open Gym
every Saturday througout the winter
10:00am-2:00pm

Open Gym will be closed: February 4 & Februay 11.

Open to all children, ages 2-5 and now babies, too!  Open Gym is an opportunity for parents to play with their children, encourage movement and exercise through the winter months.  Equipped with multiple types of swings, soft "mountains" to fall into, a ball pit, and many other exciting items, the Gym is an ideal place for children to move, explore and challenge themselves.  Open Gym is designed to be a time for parents to spend with their children, so all children must be directly supervised by an adult at all times.

Baby Gym will be held during the same hours as Open Gym in a separate, baby-friendly space EXCEPT on first Saturdays when it will start at 11:30.  (See below for the other cool offering that will be sharing our space.)

Open Gym only costs $8 per session per child ($7 with mention of this ad OR for multiple children), or $32 for a 5-session punch card.

Join us at 10:30am on the first Saturday of each month for Music for Aardvarks! Come for BOTH music class & Open Gym and receive a disounted rate on each.  Visit

Sensory Brain Development is a special one-day class designed to support therapists who work with children with special needs.

Friday, February 10, 2012 10:00am-5:00pm

Together we will:
•explore the rhythms of full-term embryological development and learn about the critical processes that occur during the first eight weeks of gestation
•learn how disruptions in these early rhythms may contribute to sensory dysfunction or developmental delays
•learn about the autonomic process already patterning the “neurosignature” of the baby
•consider the “roots” of plagiocephaly and torticollis
•create neurophysiologically relevant intervention strategies for the 0-3 population, as well as older children
•experience autonomic self-regulation techniques for ourselves

Tuition for this 1-day class is $179. Tuition is due in full one week before class begins and registration is mandatory. We are unable to accommodate walk-in participants.

Neurovascular Integration: Clinical Foundations, a class designed for caregivers, bodyworkers and other healthcare professionals who are interested in exploring the gentle touch of Profound Neutral, as applied to the nervous system and surrounding connective tissue structures.

Saturday-Sunday, February 11-12, 9:00am-6:00pm both days

Develop your palpation skills in Profound Neutral and observe how the tissues respond when we “hold a space” for the powerful, peaceful parasympathetic nervous system to reorganize.
Explore the anatomy and physiology of the fluid, fascia and bones illuminated by the autonomic craniosacral system and acquire a series of simple yet comprehensive techniques to support the nervous system.
Experience the ease and comfort, for both therapist and client, of the Profound Neutral approach.
Practice these simple techniques in guided lab activities.
Expand your therapeutic repertoire and bring home valuable techniques for both adult and pediatric clients.

Tuition for this 2-day class is $375. A $150 deposit holds your place. Remainder due 2 weeks before class. Cancellations: tuition less $50 processing fee refunded up to 2 weeks before class. No refunds after that date.
